:: Put pearl mermaid agar-agar powder, water, pandanus leaves and salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil. Stirring occasionally. Add granulated sugar. Boil until dissolve. Remove pandan leaves and remove from heat. Set aside.

:: Dissolve corn flour and water together. Add into agar-agar mixture. Stir until mix well. Remove from heat
:: 1 vanilla&pandan sponge cake 11 x 15 x 1 inch and cut in lengthway 1 inch. Set aside.
:: Change water from ingredient part 1 to and add to pandan juice
:: 1/4 teaspoon apple green
:: Pour the mixture part 1 into 11 x 15 x 1 inch, and over with mixture part 2. ( 1/2 cms. thick ) Set aside until firm.
:: Pour the mixture part 2 ( 1 cm. thick ) Set aside until firm. Topping with vanilla & pandan sponge cake.
